About the Role

Were looking for a Junior HTML Email Developer who has a strong eye for detail and experience converting creative designs into clean, responsive HTML. The primary responsibility is to convert emailer designs and web forms into production-ready HTML while maintaining pixel-perfect accuracy across devices and email clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert emailer designs (Figma/PSD/PNG) into responsive, cross-client compatible HTML email templates.
- Convert static and interactive forms into clean, functional HTML.
- Ensure layouts remain pixel-perfect and aligned with the original design.
- Optimize HTML for compatibility across major email clients, including Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and Yahoo Mail.
- Implement inline CSS and email development best practices.
- Test emailers across multiple devices and email platforms before delivery.
- Make revisions based on stakeholder feedback while preserving design integrity.
- Maintain organized HTML files and reusable code components.

Requirements

- 02 years of experience in HTML email development or frontend HTML production.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience building responsive email templates with inline CSS.




- Understanding of email client rendering limitations and compatibility issues.
- Ability to convert Figma or design files into HTML with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of HTML forms, input fields, validation, and responsive layouts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within quick turnaround times.

Valuable to Have

- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript for simple form interactions.
- Experience with email testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
