What we’re looking for: Someone who builds fast, ships rapid, and trusts their intuition as much as their IDE. You know your way around AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) and use them as a real collaborator, not a crutch — you can spot when the AI is wrong, redirect it, and clean up after it.
Responsibilities:
• Rapidly prototype features using AI-assisted coding workflows
• Turn vague product ideas into working code without needing a full spec
• Debug, refactor, and ship — comfortable moving between “throwaway prototype” and “production-ready” mode
• Stay current on AI dev tools and bring recent ones into the workflow when they help
You’ll fit in if you:
• Ship more than you plan
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and iterate in public
• Have strong taste — you know good UX and clean code when you see it, even if you can’t always explain why
• Treat AI tools as pair programmers, not oracles
