Job Description:

- Analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications and contract requirements.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural repair, retrofitting, rehabilitation, restoration and renovation projects.

- Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.

- Prepare rate analysis for labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor works.

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.

- Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions within stipulated timelines.

- Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings and technical discussions with clients and consultants.

- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Contracts and Engineering teams.

- Identify project risks, assumptions, exclusions and cost-optimization opportunities.

- Prepare project budgets, cash-flow forecasts and resource-planning estimates.

- Maintain tender records, estimation databases and bid documentation.

- Assist in post-tender negotiations and contract finalization.

- Monitor market rates and industry trends related to repair and rehabilitation works.

- Ensure compliance with client requirements, company standards and statutory regulations
