Naresh I Technologies is hiring for BPO Call Center positions in Hyderabad. This role offers an opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Provide customer support and resolve queries professionally.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Working Hours
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Work Type: On-site (Work from Office)

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: Prior experience in a call center environment is advantageous
- Languages: Proficiency in English; proficiency in Hindi or Telugu is preferred
Salary And Benefits
- Competitive salary range from ₹10,000 to ₹13,000 per month.
