About LatinumLatinum is hiring for a leading global technology consulting and business process services organization supporting global clients through digital transformation, AI-led innovation, operational excellence, and business process & managed services.About the RoleWe are looking for a GCC & GBS Design Director – F&A; Advisory to lead high-impact consulting engagements focused on the design, setup, transformation, and optimization of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Global Business Services (GBS) for global enterprises.The role will work closely with CXOs, CFOs, COOs, and GCC/GBS leaders, shaping operating models, location strategy, service portfolios, governance frameworks, transformation roadmaps, and measurable value-creation initiatives. The individual will also play a key role in business development, solutioning, thought leadership, and building high-performing consulting teams.Experience: 15+ years (relevant experience in F&A; consulting, transformation, or advisory; higher relevant experience may be considered)Location: Pan IndiaEmployment Type: Full-timeCTC: Up to ₹50 LPA (based on experience and relevant expertise)Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic advisory engagements covering GCC/GBS design, setup, transformation, and optimizationAdvise CFOs, COOs, CXOs, and GCC/GBS leaders on operating models and transformation strategiesDesign target operating models, service portfolios, governance frameworks, location strategies, and transformation roadmapsDevelop business cases and value-realization frameworks across cost, efficiency, scalability, controls,



and experienceLead complex engagements from problem definition through execution oversightDrive client workshops, executive presentations, structured analysis, and strategic recommendationsLead and support sales pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and proposal developmentIdentify opportunities for account growth and follow-on advisory engagementsContribute to thought leadership, POVs, white papers, leadership presentations, and client workshopsBuild, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams across geographiesLeverage AI, ML, RPA, analytics, SAP, Oracle, and other digital technologies to enable next-generation F&A; and GBS modelsMust-Have ExperienceStrong Finance & Accounting consulting / transformation / advisory experienceProven GCC & GBS operating model expertiseStrong strategic advisory and CXO engagement capabilitiesExperience leading large, complex global transformation programsExposure to shared services, outsourcing, and global delivery modelsStrong understanding of F&A; processes and transformationExperience working with multi-geo teams and global clientsStrong stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skillsExperience with ERP, automation, analytics and emerging technologiesPrior experience with Big 4, strategy consulting, or global services organizations is preferredMBA / equivalent preferred; CA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is an advantage Interested or know someone suitable?
