Must-Have

- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM minimum 2 Fusion project support experience is a must
- Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence & OTL, Compensation, Payroll (Qatar), ORC, Goal & Performance Management, Learning & HR Helpdesk
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process
- Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations and Support with due process adherence
- Work with Client Onsite teams and Offshore Team to resolve the issues during production support.
- Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests
