Job Description – Team Manager (Sales) Position: Team Manager – Sales (Business Loan & Mortgage Loan) Industry Preference: Finance / Banking / NBFC / Loan Consultancy (Business Loan & Mortgage Loan) Gender: Female Preferred Location: CG Road,Ahmedabad Age: Up to 32 Years Salary+Attractive Incentives Working Days: Monday to Saturday Office Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM staff strenghth : 6 Interview Round : 02 (First Round - Telephonic // Second Round- Face to Face Interview) Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly business targets. Handle Business Loan and Mortgage Loan inquiries from customers. Generate new business through referrals, channel partners, and direct sales. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement. Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and customers. Coordinate with banking partners for faster loan approvals and disbursements. Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable financial solutions. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the loan process. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.



Required Skills Strong knowledge of Business Loans and Mortgage Loans (LAP) Team Handling & Leadership Sales & Business Development Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Banking & Financial Product Knowledge Target-Oriented Approach Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills Good Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word & CRM) Eligibility Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Business Loan/Mortgage Loan sales. Prior experience in managing a sales team is mandatory. Experience in Finance, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Loan Consultancy is required. Candidates from the same industry will be preferred.
