Perform end-to-end Manual Testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
Conduct API Testing using Postman, validate request/response payloads, and verify business workflows.
Write and execute SQL queries for backend data validation and database testing.
Perform log analysis to identify root causes of defects and support troubleshooting activities.
Track and manage defects using JIRA and collaborate with development and business teams for resolution.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Validate banking workflows and transactions with understanding of basic Banking Domain concepts such as Payments, Accounts, Loans, Cards, or Digital Banking.
