1. About the Role

Own RMG outcomes end to end. This is for those who lead through expertise and influence. RMG delivers value to our clients, partners, associates and leaders by matching the right associate with the right opportunity at the right time. RMG play a pivotal role balancing utilizations with fulfilment rates and timelines. This role is required to ensure that the outcomes of RMG are achieved and scale before the organisation needs it.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Own RMG's workforce-planning and predictive-fulfilment models.
- Operate two core RMG functions Allocation & Bench Management, and Fulfilment Operations
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for fulfilment operations.
- Lead by influence during interactions to ensure outcomes owned can be achieved.
- Enhance standards and processes aligning with business needs.
- Drive the function's tooling and analytics maturity.
- Mentor team members and raise the function's craft.
- Operate, certify, and report the utilization and fulfilment (including funnel) metrics

3. Outcomes Owned

Own Fulfilment rate, Fulfilment timeline,



and utilization for the organization along with evolution of the function aligned with business needs.

4. Must-Have (Experience & Qualifications)

- 10 years in the function's domain, with demonstrable method/model mastery.
- Demonstrated ownership of the function's outcomes (its numbers/SLAs), not just activities.
- Solid analytical capability and senior-stakeholder management.
- Track record of mentoring.
- Graduate/post-graduate in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in IT Services preferably in organisations greater than 300 up to 2000 associates. Experience in larger IT organisations will be a plus

5. Good-to-Have

- Advanced automation / data-engineering / BI.
- A portfolio of models/automations/methods you designed, and others now use.
- Domain certifications at expert level.

6. Skills, Tools & Certifications

Technical & tools: Resource Planning, RMG Master, Advanced Excel, utilisation/allocation logic, demand-supply matching, bench ageing, critical problem solving, design thinking, Power BI, Automation; ability to influence without authority.
