Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably from the Toys or FMCG industry. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales operations across the assigned Bangalore territory.
* Handle and maintain relationships with stockists, distributors, and secondary dealers.
* Drive Primary and Secondary Sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Ensure timely primary collections and outstanding payment recovery.
* Manage sales and business development for key retail accounts within the assigned territory.
* Expand market coverage by identifying recent business opportunities and dealer networks.
* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
