Overview:

Build internal tools and interfaces supporting AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop dashboards (observability, evaluation, prompt testing)
- Build internal developer tools and admin interfaces
- Improve developer experience for AI platform adoption

Qualifications:

6-9 years experience

Frontend

- Robust React (hooks, state management, component architecture)
- Experience with:
- Data-heavy dashboards (tables, charts, logs)
- Consumer-friendly slick single page apps
- Real-time UI updates (WebSockets, polling)

Backend

- Node.js / Python backend experience
- Ability to design APIs for:
- Observability data
- Prompt testing interfaces

Tooling Experience

- Experience building:
- Internal tools (admin panels, dev dashboards)

- Exposure to:

- Prompt playgrounds or evaluation UIs (big plus)

UX Sensibility

- Ability to design tools for engineers, and end-users
- Focus on usability and debugging workflows

AI

- Ability to rapidly build using AI
- At least 2 years experience on AI teams in any capacity
