Urgent Opening in FMCG Industry Position: Accounts & Finance Manager Locations: Kalady
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, including a minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Salary: Up to 6 LPA Key Responsibilities
* Manage financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
* Handle inventory accounting, cost control, stock reconciliation, and profitability analysis.
* Monitor receivables, distributor accounts, collections, and credit management.
* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory requirements, audits, and internal controls.
* Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights for business decisions.
* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
* Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team while driving operational efficiency.
Required Skills
* Solid knowledge of FMCG financial operations.
