Solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes Good understanding of accounting principles Hands-on experience in ERP / Tally / SAP / Accounting software Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and taxation basics Good Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP preferred) Strong follow-up, communication, and negotiation skills Attention to detail and accuracy Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification Preferred Industry Experience: Manufacturing / Furniture / Trading / Retail industry preferred Experience in handling B2B customer accounts and collections preferred Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timely collection of outstanding payments Reduction in overdue receivables Accuracy of customer ledger reconciliation Timely submission of ageing and MIS reports Resolution of customer billing queries
