The role involves monitoring progress, coordinating across teams, ensuring timely delivery, and providing clear, concise status updates to senior leadership. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to track milestones, identify risks, and facilitate resolution, enabling smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.
