JD 3: Oil & Gas Job Description: Level : M/SM Preferred DOJ : Immediate (maximum by end of May) Location: Any Location Note: PMP Certification (Preferred) and Product Management experience is Mandatory Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a Business Analyst / SME/Scrum Master/Product Owner in the projects by performing requirement elicitation and creating, grooming product backlog. RFI, RFP & RFQ Support – Own the functional requirements analysis, presentation to client stakeholders, project plan, resource identification and allocation, effort estimation, budgeting. Problem solving / solutioning – Should be able to articulate, comprehend and address complicated and ambiguous business problems through a systematic and independent way. Create thought leadership content such as POVs/Whitepapers/Business Use Cases to demonstrate domain expertise and create reusable assets, frameworks and accelerators. Should have a very valuable understanding of client pain points and compelling business challenges and be able to leverage domain capability across the Oil and Gas value chain (Upstream, Midstream and Downstream) to resolve the same as an Industry SME.



Be up to date with the business and technology trends, digital business drivers, digital disruption opportunities, competitive landscape, market dynamics, and latest digital technologies (Cloud Computing/AI/ML/NLP/IoT/Big Data & Analytics/Automation/Mobility/AR/VR), to map and develop demonstrable industry use cases, minimum viable products (MVPs), digital solutions/products/platforms and proof of concepts (PoCs). Actively participate in practice building/development initiatives such as team recruitment, hiring, training and grooming etc. Perform secondary market research and to create reports, presentations and stay updated with changing market trends. Project Management, stakeholder management while leading and mentoring team members. (Must for candidates qualifying for Manager Consulting position) Qualifications: 1. MBA from a reputed B School 2. Domain experience across oil and gas value chain (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream) not withstanding to a particular domain. 3. Experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering and Agile Project Management.
