Level – Sr Consultant / Manager Notice Period – Immediate to 60 days Where the Role Fits Platform: Centralized enterprise KYC system LOB Coverage: Retail, Commercial, Wealth, Credit & Lending Core Technology: PEGA (workflow orchestration, rules engine, UI) Key Integrations: Upstream LOB systems (API feeds and PEGA UI mashups) Centralized customer profile & entity resolution services Downstream systemsofrecord for approved KYC data propagation Core Responsibilities Design and implement Customer Application Journeys, KYC Operational workflows for: Customer onboarding Periodic and eventdriven KYC reviews Material change event processing Customer risk rating and approval flows Configure and manage: Case types, stages, routing, SLAs, workbaskets Multistage approvals across First Line, KYC Operations, and Second Line Compliance Develop rulesdriven decision logic and risk scorecard development aligned to KYC policy and regulatory requirements Partner with Product Owners, BAs/BSAs, and Data teams to: Assess data and downstream impact of workflow or rule changes Ensure auditability, traceability, and control integrity in all PEGA implementations Support knowledge transition from incumbent vendors where applicable,



using structured shadowing and documentation Critical Skill Requirements Mandatory 5–10+ years of overall experience with 5–8+ years of handson Business Analysis and delivery Strong experience in workflow and rulesheavy PEGA implementations Proven AML / KYC domain expertise within large banking environments Experience working in regulatorydriven delivery programs with fixed timelines Ability to operate at Manager / Senior Consultant level, coordinating across technology, data, and business stakeholders Preferred Experience with centralized KYC remediation or customer lifecycle platforms Exposure to customer master data / entity resolution architectures Prior experience supporting vendor transitions or insourcing programs Skilled certification like CAMS, CAMI, SAFe PO/PM, CSM, CSPO PEGA CSA / CSSA / LSA certification Delivery & Staffing Model Fit Suitable for: Transition roles replacing incumbent vendors Netnew capacity for enhancements and new demand Aligned to wavebased transition models with strict governance Compatible with onshoreoffshore / GCC delivery, with Managerlevel ownership and accountability
