Job Title: Management Trainee

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound fresher with a background in Electrical
or Electronics Engineering to join our Sales & Business Development team in Delhi NCR.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the complete solar sales lifecycle, from lead
generation and market research to client coordination and pre-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Support & Prospecting
• Identify potential project leads through online research, EPC networks, and
renewable energy databases.
• Build and maintain an updated database of solar developers, EPC companies, and
consultants within the assigned region.
• Support the sales team in expanding the company's market reach and lead pipeline.
2. Client Coordination
• Connect with prospective clients to share company profiles, product presentations,
and introductory technical information.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual or in-person meetings for senior sales team
members.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and follow up on inquiries.
3. Pre-Sales & Documentation
• Prepare and manage client data sheets, quotation templates, and pre-sales
documentation.
• Assist in tender submissions and preparation of techno-commercial proposals.




• Maintain proper documentation for ongoing sales opportunities.
4. Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitor activities, product positioning, and pricing trends in the solar
inverter market.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights and share them with the product and
marketing teams.
5. CRM & Reporting
• Record daily client interactions, meeting notes, and lead progress in CRM systems or
Excel trackers.
• Support preparation of weekly and monthly sales performance reports for
management review.
6. Event & Visit Support
• Assist in representing the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and
networking events.
• Provide coordination support for customer visits and site visits conducted by senior
team members.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering (Tier 1 colleges
or top Tier 2 universities preferred)
• 0–2 year (fresh graduates) from Tier 2 cities
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, renewable energy, or
technical support are encouraged to apply.
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of solar energy systems and inverters
• Good research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation
