Job Title: Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer
Experience: 8+ years
Salary: 30 Lakhs
Location: Kochi/Trivandrum Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, optimization).
- Experience with deep learning architectures (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM).
- Hands-on experience with NLP (NLTK, spaCy) and computer vision (OpenCV, PIL).
- Experience deploying AI models using Flask APIs, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to articulate AI concepts effectively.
- Leadership and team management experience,



with the ability to guide and develop junior members. Preferred/Optional Skills:
- Knowledge of Java and experience with software development best practices.
- Understanding of SDLC, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Data Engineering concepts).
