Position: Lead Engineer
Experience: 5-10 years

• Responsibilities:-
o Design, implement and support the technical solution.
o Participate actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
o Analyze and improve the software architecture with a focus on maintainability
and scalability.
o Mentor and guide the team, including performing code reviews and pair
programming.
o Work with user experience designers to ensure all user interactions
are implemented correctly and optimized for performance so that we can build
an amazing user experience.
o Drive the team on test-driven development approach




o Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and able to clearly define
different delivery options.

• Mandatory Skills Required: -
o 5+ years of web/mobile application development.
o 2 years of experience in React.JS, Node.JS packages
o Should have Full stack development experience
o Exceptional understanding in ReactJS framework/ RESTful services/SOA/Micro
Services System Architecture.
o Robust knowledge of databases such as MySQL.
o Should have experience in agile practices
o Strong communication skills
