KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigate fraud cases: death, maturity, survival & rider claims
- Identify agent mis-selling, policy forgery & identity fraud
- Conduct data analysis to detect suspicious claim patterns
- Coordinate with field investigators and surveillance agencies
- Assist in STR filings with FIU-IND and IRDAI reporting
- Maintain case records and prepare investigation reports
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Working knowledge of IRDAI, PMLA & Insurance Act
- Proficiency in fraud analytics & case management tools
- Familiarity with IIB, FIU-IND & IRDAI fraud systems
- Valuable investigation, documentation & communication skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
