Responsible for smooth operation of the cafe counter and providing valuable customer service. Duties include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving tea, coffee, beverages and food items, and handling billing through POS/Petpooja. The employee must properly manage cash, UPI and other payments. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper presentation of the counter and equipment. Check stock, expiry and wastage and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor. Follow company policies, food safety standards, uniform and discipline. Complete opening, closing and shift handover duties properly. Any machine issue, damage, unauthorized transaction or stock discrepancy must be immediately reported to management
