Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Update customer details, calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up .
- Maintain proper records and prepare basic sales reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Telecalling / CRM.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Customer-oriented and target-focused approach.
- Hindi/Gujarati communication preferred.
