Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible OT Technician Fresher to assist the medical and nursing team in the smooth and safe functioning of the Operation Theatre.

Job Description

* Assist in preparing the Operation Theatre before procedures and surgeries.

* Arrange and check surgical instruments, equipment, and required supplies.

* Assist doctors and nurses during surgical procedures as instructed.

* Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control practices.

* Ensure OT instruments and equipment are cleaned and properly stored.

* Prepare OT for the next scheduled procedure.

* Maintain OT records, stock, and inventory of consumables.

* Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection-control guidelines.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the OT area.





* Report any equipment malfunction or shortage of supplies to the concerned senior.

Skills & Competencies

* Basic knowledge of OT procedures and surgical instruments.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

* Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

* Valuable knowledge of hygiene and infection-control practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or equivalent.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Relevant internship/training will be an advantage.

* Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
