Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Conduct field visits to meet with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-4 years of experience in retail agri or related fields like banking sales or BFSI sales.
- Robust knowledge of agricultural industry practices and regulations.
- Graduation is required.
