ERP Presales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ERP product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and existing business processes.
- Explain ERP features in simple business terms.
- Map customer requirements with available ERP functionality.
- Prepare solution presentations, feature lists, process flows, and proposals.
- Support the Sales team during customer discussions and presales activities.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts and Technical teams for clarifications.
- Handle customer questions during ERP demonstrations.
- Maintain good knowledge of ERP modules and end-to-end workflows.

ERP Knowledge Preferred:

Good understanding of modules such as:
- Sales & CRM
- Procurement




- Inventory & Warehouse
- Production & Manufacturing
- Quality Control
- Maintenance
- Finance & Accounting
- HRMS & Payroll
- Dashboards & Reports
