About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end technical hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and engaging with top tech talent.

You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various technology roles while learning up-to-date recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various technology roles.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals to match technical skill requirements.




- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
