- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow the brand's presence across the Goa market
- The role will involve managing and developing key retail and hospitality accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and other strategic customers
- This is a highly field-oriented position requiring strong skills in key account management, business development, relationship management, sales, negotiation, and market execution
- The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of the Goa retail and hospitality market and be capable of acquiring new accounts while growing business from existing customers

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management
- Manage and grow key accounts across the Goa market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, retailers, and other strategic accounts




- Understand individual account requirements and develop strategies to increase business
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth
- Ensure regular engagement and follow-up with key customers

Business Development & New Account Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new key accounts and retail partners across Goa
- Prospect and approach potential hotels, restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and other relevant outlets
- Present the brand and products to prospective customers and convert opportunities into active accounts
- Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Expand the brand's distribution and market presence

Sales & Distribution
- Drive sales and distribution across assigned accounts
- Ensure product availability and consistent ordering across customer locations
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts through additional SKUs, increased order volumes
