ROLE OVERVIEW





Reporting to the Senior Director, this Senior Manager role combines strategic
customer leadership with robust process and analytics expertise to drive
measurable business value and benefits realization through GBS Process &
Analytics Services. The role focuses on partnering with Operations SET covering
PT&D;, Global Supply Chain and Strategy, Global Quality, Procurement, Global
Engineering and Real Estate, Sustainability, IT and Regional Operations —to
improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer and patient
experience globally.

The Senior Manager is accountable for end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of
high-value process optimization and analytics initiatives ($200k–$2m), including
opportunity identification, prioritization, business case development,
multi-service delivery orchestration, and realization of financial and
