Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination

 Assist the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and client communication.

 Prepare and maintain proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.

 Schedule meetings, calls, and client interactions for the business development team.

 Maintain and update CRM systems with client data, leads.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

 Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and requests.

 Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding proposals, agreements, and project updates.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Process & Documentation Management

 Coordinate between sales, operations, and consulting teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

 Ensure all documentation (contracts, invoices, agreements) is accurate and upto date.

 Track and monitor KPIs, sales pipeline,



and conversion ratios for management reporting.

Market Insights

 Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

 Provide insights to the sales team to enhance business strategies.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in consulting or qualified services.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
