Responsibilities
Assist the CCE team in handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with various teams and departments.
Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.

Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably in the BFSI industry.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
