As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with sales-related tasks. You will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
Manage and prioritize customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Assist with sales order processing, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with other departments.
Maintain accurate sales records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
Coordinate sales meetings, events, and training sessions, ensuring effective organization and communication.
Assist with sales forecasting and analysis,



providing insights and recommendations to the team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support the sales team in their daily tasks, providing productive and timely assistance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data management and presentation.
Knowledge of CRM system
