YOUR IMPACT:
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
- Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Prepare and maintain test data required for functional and regression testing.
- Execute manual and automated test cases and document test results.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects through closure using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve product issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain Selenium-based automation scripts.
- Provide regular status updates to the QA Lead on testing progress and risks.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.
- Work in an Agile development environment with opportunities to learn emerging technologies, including AI-driven testing approaches.
What you will need to succeed:
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium test automation.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test lifecycle, and defect management.
