Job Responsibilities:

- Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to Netgear Devices.

- Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer
/n
- Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.
/n
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly workplace, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service

- Position and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement.
