Job Title: Admission Counselor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves counselling students, understanding their educational goals, and converting leads into enrollments while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM or admission software
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional events when required

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred)




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and build trust with students and parents
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or universities
- Tele-counselling or sales experience
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
