We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sales / Business Development skilled with 8+ years of experience in selling water-based paint and coating raw materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in managing key accounts, driving business growth, handling principal relationships, and providing technical solutions to customers in the paint and coatings industry.

The candidate must possess extensive experience in selling specialty chemicals and raw materials to paint and coating manufacturers.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Drive business development and revenue growth for water-based paint and coating raw materials.
/n
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with paint, coating, ink, and construction chemical manufacturers.
/n
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across assigned territories.
/n
- Handle key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
/n




- Promote specialty chemical products through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer visits.
/n
- Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and technical teams to provide application support and product recommendations.
/n
- Manage commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contracts, and business planning.
/n
- Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and identify new application opportunities.
/n
- Achieve sales targets, profitability objectives, and business expansion goals.
/n
- Support product launches, customer trials, and technical evaluations.
/n
- Mentor junior sales team members and support business growth initiatives where required.
