Position: Human Resource Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports:
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance:
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and performance management systems:
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally
- Support training & development programs and employee growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements:
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a healthy work environment

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills:




- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint):
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field:
- Minimum 3-7 years of relevant HR experience (experience may vary by role)
- Prior experience in handling corporate HR functions is preferred
