Job Description – S&ME; Corporate Sales
nLocation – Gurgaon
nExperience – 5-10 Years of experience & Working with insurance brokers
n

nWhat we are looking for in a candidate:
n Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture key
ndemographics and present them with viable proposals.
n Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company.
n Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.
n Develop a positive understanding and mapping of the clients / market.
n Achieve revenue targets.
n Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices
n Experience of team handling in Insurance/ any sector.
n Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
n Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
n

nDesired Skills and Experience-
n Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 2 to 7 years) in Insurance Broking
n University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
n MBA from a reputed B - School
n
