Job Description
We are looking for a CFO to lead the financial function of the agency. The role will drive financial planning, profitability, compliance, and business strategy, while partnering closely with leadership to scale operations sustainably.

nResponsibilities:
n• Drive overall financial strategy aligned with business growth
n• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
n• Track and improve profitability across clients and projects
n• Optimize pricing, margins, and cost structures
n• Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently
n• Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and legal regulations
n• Oversee accounting, reporting, and audit processes
n• Provide strategic financial insights to leadership
n• Build and lead a high-performing finance team
n• Implement financial systems,

nRequirements:
n• MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
n• 10–15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
n• Prior experience in a digital agency, advertising, media, or services business preferred
n• Robust understanding of agency financial models (retainers, project billing, media spends)
n• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy
n• Experience with financial tools, ERP systems, and dashboards
n• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
