About the Role: We are looking for an execution-focused, hands-on Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Specialist to help build our customer acquisition engine from the ground up. Because we are in an agile, high-growth phase, we do not expect you to manage a rigid, legacy enterprise software stack. Instead, you will have the ownership to set up smart, lightweight outbound systems, test paid acquisition channels, build targeted prospect databases, and drive qualified product demo bookings for both products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Demand Generation & Demo Acquisition
Set up, execute, and monitor automated multi-step cold outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn) targeted at high-intent B2B decision-makers.Tailor outreach and value propositions to our two distinct target buyer profiles:
A/B test subject lines, messaging hooks, and demo offers to maximize reply rates and meeting bookings.
Manage mailbox deliverability, domain health (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), warm-up protocols,



and inbox placement.
2. Lead Sourcing & Audience Data Building
Build verified, highly targeted contact and account lists using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or scrapers/enrichment databases.
Segment prospect lists rigorously based on criteria such as plant size, industry vertical, company headcount, and existing tech stacks.
Maintain clean lead databases (via Google Sheets, Airtable, or a lightweight CRM) with structured lead tagging and follow-up notes.
3. Lean Marketing Operations & Tracking
Help evaluate, select, and implement our foundational marketing tools (e.g., a simple up-to-date CRM like Close/Attio/Zoho, cold outreach software, and web capture forms).
Set up tracking, UTM parameters, and lead-capture mechanisms on landing pages to understand where inquiries and demo requests originate.
Build simple, practical automation workflows (using tools like Zapier, Make,
