Accountabilities
Make architectural and technical decisions for backend products and services.
Design, develop, implement,



and test reliable backend solutions using Python and Django.
Build new product features and contribute to integrations with payment methods and external data providers.
Develop automated communication systems, risk management capabilities, and other backend solutions.
Monitor production systems to ensure secure, reliable, and trouble-free operation.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations where required.
Take ownership of assigned tasks from initial development through completion and delivery.
Decompose complex requirements into manageable technical tasks and deliver solutions efficiently.
Apply flexible and systematic approaches to solving challenging technical problems.
Requirements
5+ years of commercial software development experience.
Strong professional knowledge of Python 3.x and Django.
