In this position will be responsible for supporting enterprise content and document management initiatives by performing a dual role as a Business Analyst and Data Analyst. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and map end to end solutions within the C3M, FileNet, and CMOD domain.
The Business/Data Analyst will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements, validating change requests, and ensuring appropriate testing strategies and implementation plans are in place.



This role requires strong analytical skills, deep domain understanding of document and content management systems, and the ability to audit solution changes to ensure quality, compliance, and operational readiness.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with SQL for data analysis and validation, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and high priority initiatives.What we're looking for
Required Skills:• 6–9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Analyst.• Solid proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.• Proven experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.• Strong domain knowledge and hands on experience with C3M (Customer Communications Management), IBM FileNet, and IBM CMOD (Content Manager OnDemand).• Ability to map
