As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing
Digitide Solutions with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Your
primary role is to connect with customers seeking home and personal loans,
providing them with the necessary information and guidance. You will play a
crucial role in setting up meetings with our field team, ensuring a smooth
document collection process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering excellent service
and support.
* Make outbound calls to customers to discuss their loan requirements and
provide solutions.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings between customers and our field team for
document collection.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy.
* Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any
concerns or queries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their
loyalty and satisfaction.




* Stay updated with the latest loan products and services to offer accurate
advice.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition during the
loan process.
* Provide regular feedback and reports on customer interactions and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
* Previous experience in a customer care or sales role, preferably in the
financial industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
build rapport.
* Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer
interactions.
* A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Basic knowledge of loan products and the financial industry is preferred.
