Job Title:
Quality Intern (6 months)
Summary:
Backfilling Intern position
Responsibilities Include:
Support in managing and monitoring supplier quality performance and maintaining quality standards.
Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on their effective implementation.
Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) of quality-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and update quality documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
Support quality-related activities, records, reports, and documentation as required.
Use SAP for relevant quality processes, data entry, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of QMS, RCA, CAPA, and SAP.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field
Experience:
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Quality or a related field.
