Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the main procurement partner for software purchases.
· Manage software license lifecycle, including renewals and compliance.
· Negotiate software contracts to secure best terms and reduce risks.
· Lead RFX processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for software sourcing.
· Ensure compliance with legal, security, and company policies.
· Monitor requisitions and approvals using tools like SAP, CLM, Salesforce, ServiceNow.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
· Support global supplier onboarding and related compliance requirements.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree with 6 –10 years of procurement experience, including Procure-to-Pay and PR/PO lifecycle.
· Hands-on experience in software procurement (IT, SaaS, Cloud, Software Licenses).
· Solid knowledge of software contract terms and legal compliance.
· Ability to lead RFP/RFX processes and negotiate contracts effectively.
· Good understanding of finance basics (GL codes, cost centres).
· Skilled in identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.




· Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
