Recrivio is a technology-enabled talent infrastructure company helping businesses build, scale and verify teams in India. We work with startups and growing companies across recruitment, contract staffing, embedded talent solutions and background verification.
We are now building our global GTM motion, helping companies across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and APAC access high-quality talent from India. And that's where you come in.
What You'll Do
You will work directly with the GTM team to build Recrivio's international pipeline from the ground up.
Your work will include:
- Researching global startups and companies that are hiring or expanding into India.
- Identifying founders, CTOs, HR leaders, Talent Heads and other decision-makers.
- Building highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo and other tools.
- Reaching out to prospects through LinkedIn and email.
- Writing personalised messages that start conversations — not spam.
- Understanding a company's hiring needs and identifying where Recrivio could add value.
- Tracking signals such as funding, recent market expansion, India hiring, remote hiring and open positions.
- Qualifying conversations and handing genuine opportunities to the GTM team.
- Experimenting with different markets, ICPs, messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintaining a clean and actionable pipeline.
- Learning how a global B2B business is actually built from the ground up.
Your Goal
Your goal isn't to send 500 emails a day.
Your goal is to create genuine conversations with companies around the world that could become Recrivio customers. You will be measured on the quality of accounts you identify, conversations you create and opportunities you generate.
