About the Role

ProManage IT Solution is looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our presence in the international market.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with global clients and a strong understanding of digital services, particularly Website Development, SEO, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
- Research and connect with potential global clients through various channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and business pitches.
- Handle client communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and client onboarding.
- Meet monthly/quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with digital marketing and technology trends to effectively communicate our services.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably with international clients.
- Previous experience working with global/international markets is required.
- Digital Marketing Agency experience is mandatory.
- Positive understanding of Website Development, SEO, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client handling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
