About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Next.js + tRPC) to work closely with the founding team in building and scaling a modern, high-performance web platform. You‘ll play a key role in shaping both the product and engineering decisions, collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing to deliver a seamless user experience. This is a role for someone who is comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment, taking ownership, and contributing across the stack, from frontend UX to backend APIs and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js (App Router) and React 18
- Develop end-to-end type-safe APIs using tRPC and backend services with Hono




- Design and manage database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL and Prisma
- Collaborate directly with co-founders to define product requirements, architecture, and roadmap
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement SEO strategies and optimize web performance
- Integrate third-party services like Clerk (authentication) and Stripe (payments)
- Implement responsive and accessible UI using Tailwind CSS, Shadcn, Radix UI, and modern component patterns
- Manage server state and data fetching using TanStack React Query
- Contribute to analytics, logging, and monitoring using tools like PostHog and Axiom
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and performance optimizations
- Work within a monorepo setup (pnpm + Turborepo) for efficient development and scaling
