Role Description The Key Accounts Executive – Facility Services is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships. The role involves overseeing key account portfolios,



coordinating facility service delivery, and ensuring service quality and contract compliance. Day-to-day tasks include handling client queries, resolving issues promptly, preparing performance reports, and supporting renewals and upselling opportunities. The Key Accounts Executive will collaborate with operations, finance, and service teams to align service delivery with client expectations and business objectives. The role also requires active participation in review meetings, tracking account performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations across multiple client locations/sites.
