Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Track project milestones, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Billing, Purchase, and Management teams.
Monitor project progress against approved plans and identify delays or deviations.
Prepare MIS, dashboards, and periodic progress reports for management review.
Maintain project data and planning records in Farvision ERP.
Analyse project performance and highlight critical issues to management.
Coordinate for timely execution of commercial projects as per approved schedules.
Monitor work orders,



activities, and dependencies across different project teams.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10–15 years of relevant experience in Planning & Monitoring.
Builder/Real Estate Developer company experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in commercial projects is required.
Hands-on knowledge of Farvision ERP is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, MIS, and monitoring.
Excellent coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
Ability to work with multiple project teams and meet strict timelines.
Preferred Candidate: Immediate Joiner with solid experience in commercial real estate projects.
