Manager – Admission Outreach (UG)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Admission Outreach (UG) to lead and strengthen undergraduate student outreach and engagement for our design programs.
The role will be responsible for building awareness and consideration among prospective students, parents, schools, educators, and the wider creative community. The ideal candidate should understand the design education ecosystem, have robust outreach and relationship-building skills, and be comfortable working across schools, events, workshops, portfolio interactions, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Undergraduate Outreach Strategy
Develop and execute annual and quarterly outreach plans for UG design admissions.
Identify key student segments, geographies, schools, colleges, coaching centres, and communities relevant to design aspirants.
Build outreach strategies aligned with admission targets, program positioning, and institutional brand objectives.
Track market trends, competitor activity, student preferences,



and emerging opportunities in design education.

2. School & Institutional Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with schools, counsellors, principals, teachers, career guidance teams, and education networks.
Drive school visits, career talks, design awareness sessions, workshops, webinars, and student engagement initiatives.
Develop long-term institutional partnerships that create a consistent pipeline of prospective UG applicants.
Identify opportunities to introduce students to design as a career and educate them about design disciplines, portfolios, careers, and the admissions process.

3. Student & Parent Engagement
Develop meaningful engagement journeys for prospective students and parents from awareness through application.
Conduct and facilitate information sessions, counselling interactions, portfolio guidance sessions, open houses, campus visits, and admission events.
